San Donato Val di Comino.
Homeland of the Cedrones. This is the only known photo of Grandma's house. The most popular name in town is Cedrone. The Hotel Cedrone offers a wonderful history of this beautiful little town.

My family is from San Donato ..Giuseppe Cedrone...my great grandfather. Wondering if he had brothers sisters anyone who is still there ?
ReplyDeleteCedrone is a VERY common name there. We could be related by as far as I know we had no Giusppe's in our family however those OLD TIMERS are all long gone & the old world connections died with them
